Set back from the road, this secluded plot housed a 1960's chalet style bungalow, built in a typical style for its age.
Our design works with the existing fabric, remodelling the brickwork and creating a contemporary two storey timber and render clad house. Designed to the highest standards for energy performance, the new
house will be a highly sustainable, energy efficient modern detached house, indistinguishable from the original.
