Astell Street is a whole house remodelling with extensions at basement and roof level.
To modernise this period property we have insulated throughtout, installed a whole house ventilation system that recover 95% of the heat it expells and added high efficiency boilers with underlfloor heating.
The result is a modern low energy home, wrapped in a period property.
